Fabric of Life |
In Roads in Time Part of a series which was presented by Noreen Ramsay for her Degree show. The work evolved from exploration of a gateway, with the emphasis on the transitional space crossed as you pass through a gate, from here to there. This space was marked with a building. The pieces reflect a variety of individual responses to time. |
Glasshouses Designed for the National Botanic Gardens each piece reflects both the diversity of flora and the beauty of the cast iron Victorian greenhouses. |
Celtic Tree Also designed for the National Botanic Gardens. Suspended sheets of glass form the spiritual essence of an oak tree - sacred tree to the Celts. |
Art for Sacred Spaces Noreen has developed a special interest in making art for places of prayer or meditation. More information on each of these examples can be read on the Art for Sacred Spaces page. |
